Summer Vegetable Salad with Olives

Prep Time: 20-25 min.
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Place all ingredients: tomatoes, onion, cucumber, olives and basil in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix it up. Make it cooler in the fridge for 10-15minutes before serving.

It is lovely with garlic bread or toasts.
